ANY MATTERS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY SERVICE OR PRODUCT PROCURED FROM 4EVERGREEN SHOP, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY (WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE).

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO 4EVERGREEN SHOP FOR THE PURCHASE AT ISSUE.
